4 week introduction to Aikido course.

Open to everyone aged 13 or over.

Format is 4 x 1 hour sessions over a period of 4 weeks, every Thursday from 5:30 – 6:30pm starting on Thursday May the 1st.

Best to wear track pants and t-shirt or sweatshirt.

Cost is $40 for the all 4 weeks.
