4 week introduction to Aikido.

Open to everyone aged 13 or over.

Kids attending the kids class can also come if they bring a parent or caregiver with them!!! No charge for the kids. 

Format is 4 x 1 hour sessions over a period of 4 weeks, every Monday from 5:30 – 6:30pm starting on Monday August the 24th.

Best to wear track pants and t-shirt or sweatshirt, or a Gi if you have one.

Cost is $40 for the all 4 weeks.
